HelloFresh Now Delivers a Thanksgiving Dinner Box Straight To Your Door
Host the ultimate stress-free Thanksgiving dinner with this time-saving meal kit.
If the mere thought of Thanksgiving meal prep is enough to send you into a tryptophan-fueled panic, HelloFresh may have the solution to all of your holiday hosting woes. The popular food delivery service unveiled their first-ever Thanksgiving Box this season, giving home cooks tasked with feeding hungry family members and friends a reason to stress less.
Two exclusive holiday dinner boxes are available, the first being the HelloFresh Thanksgiving Box ($159; hellofresh.com), which comes equipped with enough turkey, sides and dessert to feed 8 to 10 dinner guests. In it, you'll receive the recipes and ingredients you need to whip up a roast turkey with cranberry sauce, along with classic gravy, garlic mashed potatoes with crispy fried sage, ciabatta stuffing, and green beans finished with a crispy breadcrumb and almond topping. As for dessert? Apple ginger crisp with cinnamon pecan crumble is on the menu.
If you'd rather skip out on the stress of brining and basting the perfect roast turkey, the second HelloFresh option, the Thanksgiving Sides & Dessert Box ($99; hellofresh.com), includes every item in the first kit, minus the bird. Fortunately, both dinner boxes include a handy hosting playbook that outlines various cooking timelines and an essential meal prep guide.
"We know Thanksgiving can be one of the most important gatherings of the year, but also the most stressful, and we want to help home cooks across the country conquer it with confidence," said Claudia Sidoti, Head Chef and Head Recipe Developer at HelloFresh in a statement.
The HelloFresh team tackles all of the planning and shopping, so you can enjoy the benefits of a home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner without having to squeeze in a last-minute trip to the store for any forgotten ingredients. Both boxes are available for delivery between November 13-19, however the cutoff to place your order is this Thursday, November 8th. Hoping to host Thanksgiving dinner earlier than November 22? Keep in mind that every frozen turkey needs four days to defrost, so the earliest you can host your party is November 17.
