Raise your hand if you’ve fallen victim to wearing the same bra every day because it’s the only one in your drawer that actually fits. We’ve all been there—but once you find the right bra brand that fits perfectly, you’ll never have to be a bra repeater again.

New retailers such as LIVELY and ThirdLove continue to revolutionize the lingerie industry, offering more bra sizes and styles for women than ever. LIVELY launched in April 2016 after founder Michelle Cordeiro Grant, who formerly worked at Victoria’s Secret, was frustrated with the lingerie industry and wanted bra shopping to give women more confidence (rather than take it away). Companies like ThirdLove, which was founded in 2013, are even beginning to offer sizing quizzes that customers can take before shopping—after all, we all know how much of a pain finding the perfect bra size can be.

Bra shopping is becoming more enjoyable than ever, so we’ve rounded up some of the best bras from the most innovative online lingerie brands. These brands have proven that they know what they’re talking about when it comes to creating bras made for women of all shapes and sizes. No matter if you’re a cup size A or a DDD, these bra brands have some of the best-reviewed bras on the internet that you’ll want to shop ASAP.

Spanx

Spanx

While known for its shapewear since launching in 2000 with Footless Body-Shaping Pantyhose, Spanx now offers dozens of flattering leggings, denim, underwear, activewear, and bra styles. In 2008, Spanx launched the Bra-llelujah! Underwire bra that quickly became a best-seller, and it’s still one of the brand’s most popular styles today. What makes Bra-llelujah! bras so different than others is that they’re soft, comfortable, and smoothing, with thick straps that help provide plenty of support without sliding off. And after many years of searching for a strapless bra that won’t fall down, I’ll never stray from the Up For Anything Strapless bra—Spanx’s SmartGrip technology literally has a gripping material on the inside of the bra so that it won’t move around or slip down during wear.

Our picks:

  • Bra-llelujah! Full Coverage Bra: $68; spanx.com
  • Up For Anything Strapless Bra: $74; spanx.com
  • Bra-llelujah! Wireless Bra: $68; spanx.com

LIVELY

Our editors love bras from LIVELY because the brand offers extremely comfortable styles (like this bralette) for bustier women, with most styles available in cup sizes A to DDD. Not only is LIVELY disrupting the lingerie industry with styles that empower women, but they’re creating an entire movement that they’ve dubbed “Leisurée.”

Soma

Soma

Soma launched in 2004 with one mission in mind: to give women “bras as comfortable as they are beautiful.” Today, the brand sells hundreds of highly-reviewed bra styles (they even have a special DD & Up Collection) within three best-selling collections. The collections include Enbliss (cloud-like-comfy and soft but supportive styles), Vanishing Back (smooth, seamless styles that create an invisible transition from bra to back), and Embraceable (styles for everyday comfort and support). Soma is also the first in the lingerie industry to launch a “smart” bra, called the SOMAINNOFIT Bra, that actually measures you to find your exact fit and size. The bra connects to an app so you can see your measurements instantly, and then shop your recommended styles directly in the app.

Our picks:

  • Cooling Full Coverage Bra: $56; soma.com.
  • Enbliss Wireless Bralette: $43-$48; soma.com.
  • Vanishing Back Full Coverage Bra: $40-$58; soma.com.
Richer Poorer

Richer Poorer

Imagine a bralette so comfy it gets an over-1,000-person waitlist immediately after it sells out. That’s what happened when Richer Poorer’s original classic bralette sold out quickly after launching. Now, Richer Poorer has added two more styles to its bralette collection (the Scoop and the Cut Out), and each one is lightweight, comfortable, and necessary to add to your lingerie stash ASAP. All of Richer Poorer’s bras are made from a super soft modal-cotton blend, which is great for warmer temperatures because it wicks away moisture to keep you cool. So these bralettes get a 10 out of 10 recommendation for when you don’t need the support of underwire.

Knix’s best-selling Evolution bra has more than 3,000 five-star reviews because of its versatility and flattering fit—it can even be worn eight different ways!

Harper Wilde

Harper Wilde

The Harper Wilde brand all began when founders Jenna Kerner and Jane Fisher asked themselves the question, “Why are bras so expensive?” After surveying hundreds of women about what they are actually looking for when it comes to support, style, comfort, and price of bras, the three Harper Wilde bra styles were born, all at a reasonable price of $40 each. What’s great about Harper Wilde is the limited options—the brand makes it simple to choose from three styles: The Base (a lightly-lined bra meant for everyday wear), The Boost (a push-up style with light padding), and The Flex (a classic underwire strapless bra). You can also utilize the company's at-home try-on where you have seven days to try on any three bras, and then you send back what you don’t like. Plus, if you need to totally revamp your underwear drawer while sticking to a budget, you can buy in bulk via Harper Wilde’s bundle options of three or six bras.
