How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar on medium-high until combined, about 1 minute. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla until incorporated, scraping down sides and bottom of bowl as needed, about 1 minute.
Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture; beat until just combined. Add candy and beat until incorporated.
Spread dough evenly into skillet with a spatula. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
